This policy covers the text messages Zality LLC sends from its own telephone numbers as part of its internal operational alerting program. It applies only to that SMS program.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Only a mobile telephone number, and the content of the operational messages sent to it. Numbers are added by hand to a configuration file on a company-owned server. There is no public sign-up form, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising identifiers associated with this program.
The number is used solely to deliver operational alerts — system notifications, job results, and status digests generated by automated monitoring on company-owned servers. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send promotional content.
No one, except the telecommunications provider required to deliver the message. Zality LLC sends these messages through Telnyx LLC, which transmits them to the recipient's mobile carrier. That is a delivery function, not a disclosure for the provider's own purposes.
We do not sell mobile information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it to third parties for their marketing, promotional, or advertising use. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for any such purpose.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately, or email support@zality.com and ask to be removed. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
A number is retained only while it remains on the alert list. Once removed, it is deleted from the configuration, except where an opt-out record must be kept in order to honor the opt-out.
